About the Award-Winning Electric Folding Scooter Design: Libra12 is a three-wheel electric folding scooter designed for daily commuting. Three solid thick tires give stability on many types of road surface. A 350W motor and a 48V 20Ah battery provide the power, and the battery is fully charged in a few hours. The magnesium frame keeps the scooter light and resistant. A folding mechanism allows Libra12 to be closed and carried in a car trunk. A dashboard shows data such as speed and battery level, while LED lights improve visibility on the road.
